Well my appointment was at 7:30am. My car wasn’t ready until 3:30. All I needed was an oil change and windshield wipers. I tried to contact my service rep multiple times for an update but it would go to voicemail every time. I eventually just called the service center and was able to get an answer. I can understand that things get busy and you get behind. But the lack of communication was disappointing. I normally have fine experiences here, but this time has been frustrating.

This review is coming from an individual that loathes car shopping. It is unequivocally the worst thing to do and so glad it is infrequent but VW of Alamo Heights did a solid job. The entire car buying experience with them took 90 minutes from arrival to departure. Cameron at the dealership listened, acted then delivered. Car buying should be like that all the time so kudos to VW of Alamo Heights and Cameron in Sales.
